In contrast to Patrick’s oil paintings, where the quantity will always be either small or non-existent, we will generally be able to offer a decent number of his beautiful watercolour paintings. The selection will range from preliminary paintings to larger and more complete works.

Note the extra detail: the book depicted in the treasure trove is a copy of the Italian
’Tesori Tre: Storie di Fantasma e Altro’, which was released in a limited, numbered edition in the year 2000.
This book contains the first-ever release of Barks’ final story ‘Somewhere in Nowhere’. The story was drawn by Block and co-authored by xxx. This watercolor is of course accompanied by a copy of this book, which is numbered 1714 and signed by xxx and Block who has also made a nice ink drawing on the first page. When it comes to ’Patrick Block sets’ this must rank among the very best of them!
North of the Yukon
This beautiful and large watercolour was completed by Patrick Block in 2012. The watercolour is made on Arches Aquarelle paper of the highest quality. The image retells the classic Carl Barks story ‘North of the Yukon’ in a collage format. The image of this small but beautiful watercolour is based on the Harvey Award nominated story from 2009 titled The Case of the Missing Mummy. It painted on Arches paper of the highest quality.
