Disneyana+ offers a 14 day return policy on most items purchased in the online gallery.

The 14 days are counted from the date of receipt of the purchased item. If you cancel of a purchase, you must return the item in the same condition as received. After the item is received and inspected by Disneyana+, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a couple of days. You must bear the cost of return shipping and insurance. Original art shipped abroad (i.e outside Denmark) is not subject to this warranty.

All sales of items via the physical gallery or at conventions etc. are final!

Disneyana+ vouches for the authenticity of all our offered artwork, and we will accept the return of any artwork if there is valid doubt about its authenticity. None of the personal information that the buyer provides to Disneyana+ in connection with the purchase process or other communication will in any way be disclosed to any third party or otherwise shared with or disclosed to unauthorised parties.
