Good Housekeeping 1-pager by Hank Porter: A Gentleman’s Gentleman

Description

“A Gentleman’s Gentleman” by Hank Porter

Breakfast in bed, delivered with a wagging tail! Pluto takes on the role of Mickey Mouse’s devoted valet in this delightful print, determined to provide service worthy of a true gentleman.

Proudly wheeling in the breakfast trolley and carefully pouring a drink, Pluto seems to have everything under control. But a clumsy departure sends both dog and trolley tumbling, bringing his duties to an unfortunate end. In a tender reversal of roles, the final scene finds Pluto tucked up in bed while Mickey attends to his faithful friend.

Soft pastel colours, flowing picture panels and affectionate visual humour give A Gentleman’s Gentleman its irresistible warmth. A charming celebration of Mickey and Pluto’s friendship, where even the most chaotic morning ends with a little kindness.
