“Calling Officer Duck! Calling Officer Duck!” Busted!! Not only has Officer Donald been sleeping in his patrol car, but he is also illegally parked, having run into a fire hydrant! In this sequence, Donald gets a rather startling awakening when he gets called on his radio.
