Good Housekeeping 1-pager by Tom Wood: The Band Concert

Description

“The Band Concert” by Tom Wood

Strike up the band! Baton raised and splendidly dressed in red and gold, Mickey Mouse leads an enthusiastic ensemble in this wonderfully lively print featuring artwork by Disney legend Tom Wood.

Donald on clarinet, Goofy on trombone and Clarabelle on flute join a colourful gathering of musicians, each bringing their own personality to the performance. From an exuberant percussion section to a tuba surrounded by fluttering birds, every corner offers another delightful detail to discover. A playful accompanying verse adds to the fun, describing a concert whose volume far outshines its musical finesse.

Rich in warm colours, visual wit and nostalgic charm, The Band Concert celebrates the joy of making music together – even when keeping everyone in tune is beyond the conductor’s control.
